Ensuring a smooth Accounts Payable operation and compliance with company policies, procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.This position is part of the Finance Team and will be located at 1 North Coast Avenue, Singapore.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable (AP) role including but not limited to invoices, staff claims, payments, AP journals, balance sheet reconciliation and other monthly closing tasks with effective organization skills to maintain orderly records, ensure compliance with company policies, SOX requirements and meet stipulated timelines.
• Attend to queries, interact and correspond effectively to internal and external parties on AP related matters.
• Assist SOX, internal and external audits on AP-related areas. Handle other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Accountancy or Diploma in Accountancy with 3 years relevant experience.
• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be added advantage.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Other Finance related functions.
• Advanced Excel and other accounting systems.
