Job description

  • Perform administrative/billing duties
  • Process and invoice daily operation job and prepare necessary documentations
  • Generate invoices and maintain proper record of invoices
  • Work closely with Operations for timely and accurate billing of invoices to client.
  • To maintain proper data entry & filling system and ensuring that all transactions are entered correctly and accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements
  • Conversant with MS office applications, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Detail- oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Entry levels are welcome to apply
  • Ability to start work within short notice
