Manage technician OT claims and input into system, incl. daily cross checks and random controls checks
Responsible for close tracking of work hours to ensure technicians meet min hours for post manning competencies and to meet MOM OT exemption regulations through OT management tool and timekeeper worksheets
Responsible for tracking of technician post qualifications to ensure shift team competency is met for post manning
Steward data for monthly management report: OT summary, absenteeism, special assignments, etc.
Update technicians\' work schedule rule changes in system
Work closely with supervisors on claims and shift issues
