Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding and exit processes, including contracts and documentation.
Maintain HR records, staff files, and ensure compliance with policies.
Assist with payroll data preparation and leave/attendance monitoring.
Help monitor staff conduct and workplace discipline.
Submission of insurance claims and monitoring the status.
Arrangement of vehicle inspection, insurance, road tax and VPC renewal.
Carry out any other duties as and when assigned.
No experience needed, training will be provided.
Requirements
Strong command of written and spoken, capable of independent correspondence.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and assertively when needed.
Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling HR and administrative matters.
* Prior experience in HR, administration, or knowledge in Timesoft Payroll software will be an advantage.
