About the Role:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our service operations by handling administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.





Key Responsibilities:



Send service calls promptly and ensure follow-ups are tracked. Issue exhaust and preventive maintenance service reports. Prepare and issue Job Done Quotations in SAP, printing them on a daily basis. Compile monthly lists of service calls and obtain required administrative signatures. Monitor emails daily for purchase orders (POs) and signed quotations.

Requirements:



Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, experience with SAP is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
