Job Title: Admin HR Executive - Web3/Blockchain

We are looking for an experienced Admin HR Executive with expertise in Web3 or Blockchain technologies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute various HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll management, benefits administration, and HR policy compliance.
- Work with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of HR-related activities.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and provide timely resolution to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR administration and Web3/Blockchain technologies, and apply them to improve our HR processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- A bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, with specific experience in Web3 or Blockchain technologies.
- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures, and knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
