Responsibilities

We are looking for an Admin Ops Executive to be part of the Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Executive, you will play an integral role in the daily operations of managing projects in both the private and public sectors. You will need to have a growth mindset and will be given the opportunities to shine and be the best that you can be. Job Scope Managing Projects in terms of scheduling, manpower deployment, ad-hoc requests, billing etc Verification & submission of Operational Service Reports Verification of Ops team monthly attendance Verification of Cash Card, Fuel Claims & allowances Purchase Requisitions for chemicals, equipment etc Fleet management of company-owned and leased vehicles – maintenance, insurance, parking etc Administration of licenses, training course registrations etc Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned from time to time Skills & Qualifications Min educational qualification – NITEC/ O Level Preferably ************* years of working experience in a similar position Meticulous & a team player Possess good work ethics and time management skill Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A good command of written and verbal communication skills If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly send your latest CV to my email at ****@.
