Respond to and deal with incidents, service requests, and queries from end-user in an effective and timely manner.
Provide on-site, and/or remote IT support to end-users, such as diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, on/off-boarding, and IT-related training.
Work with other teams to optimize and improve work processes.
