Authenticates copies of documents and/or records;
Establishes and maintains an active continuing program for management, preparation and disposition of records;
Handles a functional phase of office programs, including correspondence related to the record management in accordance with the established policy;
Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Supervisor
