Job Title: Administrative Support OfficerDepartment: Business DevelopmentJob Purpose: To assist and liaise with contractor on Tenancy & Work Permit enquires.Educational/Professional Qualification:\xc2\xb7 GCE O Levels and above\xc2\xb7 Fresh Graduate without experience are welcome to apply.Working Experience/Exposure:

  • No experience requires
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Workplace is within a foreign workers dormitory
Job Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare all tenancy and necessary documents\xc2\xb7 Review all submitted documents to ensure documents are in compliance\xc2\xb7 Liaise with RCs regarding all tenancy matters\xc2\xb7 Maintain BDD tenancy database, BDD unit occupancy data and potential clients list to provide to HOD and other relevant departments when necessary.\xc2\xb7 Escalate and report urgent cases to HEAD for further escalation to KH management.\xc2\xb7 Support the department with telemarketing by contacting and liaising with potential clients to ensure departments target occupancy rate\xc2\xb7 Update and coordinate with the respective RCs and HOD regarding tenancy matters or cases requiring RCs and HODs attention.\xc2\xb7 Support the Department with all administrative duties and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Department with the coordination and execution of all tenancy processes and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Support the department in the implementation and achievement of the goals, objectives and KPI as set out in the Work Plan.\xc2\xb7 Liaise and assist RCs on the work permit application, issuance, renewal process and payments\xc2\xb7 Collate and review all submitted documents to ensure documents are in compliance\xc2\xb7 Escalate and report urgent cases to HEAD for further escalation to KH management.\xc2\xb7 Support the department with telemarketing by contacting and liaising with potential clients to ensure departments target occupancy rate\xc2\xb7 Support the Department with all administrative duties and documentation.\xc2\xb7 Assist the Department with the coordination and execution of all work permit processes and proceduresNote: Job is located in west areaJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
