Air Export Operations Assistant / Officer
Job Description
:This position is responsible for the Air Export operations and support internal department to meet customer satisfaction.-Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters-Process Shipping Document and execute AWBs-Ensure accurate input of dimension, weight , rates and other data into system-Perform check and verification of compliance for DG and Temperature Control cargo-Send pre-alerts to overseas destination-Monitor consol cut-off and cargo lodge in time for urgent shipmentPre-Requisite of candidate:-Must be PC-liberate and comfortable using or learning software-Must be a Team Player and able to work independently-Must be careful, meticulous and self motivated-Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work-At least 1-2 years of working experience. Entry level can also apply as training will be provided-Prior work experience in this industry is not required, but will be advantageous if have-Shift operation Job
