Job Description


& Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
  • Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
  • Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
  • Attending phone calls from customers
  • Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software
  • Arranging local handling services
  • Liaising with carriers
  • Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
  • Perform duties as assigned by manager
  • 5.5 days/ week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)
  • Working location: 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley BizHub 2, Singapore 408734

QUALIFICATIONS Job Requirements
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Industry Preferred
  • Knowledge of incoterms (Preferable)
  • Fast learner & committed worker (On the Job training will be provided)
  • Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Teamwork
