& RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES. Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents). Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.). Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly. Attending phone calls from customers. Processing Airfreights in CargoWiseOne (CW1) software. Arranging local handling services. Liaising with carriers. Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports. Perform duties as assigned by manager. 5.5 days/ week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation). Working location: 62 Ubi Road 1, Oxley BizHub 2, Singapore 408734QUALIFICATIONSJob Requirements. Microsoft Office Skills. Diploma in Business Management/ Supply Chain Industry Preferred. Knowledge of incoterms (Preferable). Fast learner & committed worker (On the Job training will be provided). Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters. Interpersonal Skills.
