:

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

MNC Environment

Permanent role (AWS Guaranteed + Variable Bonus)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Import Customer Service team, delegate work and monitor staffs daily work performance. Provide assistance when required
  • Plans adequate manpower and equipment
  • Attend to customers' enquiries, meet customer requirements and to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Conducts regular meetings to promote teamwork and improve the overall customer service level
  • Interfaces with other departments and network to improve the overall customer service level
  • Conduct interview for candidate, recruit staff with the requisite ability to match job requirement
  • Counsel staff for non-compliance and enforces company's policy, conduct appraisal for staff
  • Identifies staff training needs and work with HOD to upgrade staff with the necessary skills
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
