The Singapore office, with 3 offices across the city, is seeking talents to join our team in our expansion project.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Manage day to day Import or Export (scheduled rotation) operations

\xc2\xb7 Planning and liaising with other departments for smooth operations

\xc2\xb7 Drive continuous improvement of our operations in line with internal protocols

\xc2\xb7 Ensure full compliance with customs and airport regulations

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and supervise team of executives

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on in full scope of airfreight operations

\xc2\xb7 Accomplish ad-hoc tasks

\xc2\xb7 Providing excellent pre- and post-customer service

\xc2\xb7 Display high level of professionalism and work ethics

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in CCN/ Customs Regulations will be added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge in Valuable Cargo will be added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Experience in international movements of cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry will be added advantage

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 year\'s relevant experience

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

\xc2\xb7 Good command of written and spoken English

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills
