Job Description
To nurture lifelong relationships with MDIS alumni, you will create meaningful experiences for both graduating students and alumni with the mission of setting up international networks for engagement and growth.
- Be up to date with local and global developments in order to create meaningful engagement platforms
- Conduct research on interest trends with University partners and its alumni to create opportunities for alumni engagement
- Conceptualise and design new initiatives and drive their implementation from research to engagement as well as post-programme/event debriefs, surveys and analyses
- Working with key stakeholders (schools, hostel and departments) for growth through strategic engagements
- Creating and developing programme or event marketing messages, and working internally with the communications team to drive awareness and participation
- A recognised Degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in alumni relations and management
- Keen interest in global trends and socio-economic developments in Singapore and internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management, organisational and presentation skills
- Good people skills and the ability to communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Versatile, resourceful, meticulous with superior analytical and research skills
