Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
Work in partnership with various departments to facilitate office movements and renovation.
Work in partnership with external vendors on the execution of services in accordance to the service level agreement.
Support the Section in the execution of the various strategies pertaining to facility management in the areas of M&E, Office equipment, AV, Security & other communal services.
Support in managing all M & E and non IT related matters such as equipment and machinery.
Support office renovation and relocation of departments, when necessary.
Managing and upkeep of bank premises, including official residence
Support users on Audio and Visual related services
Manage the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse storage movement such as collection and retrieval including annual inspection of the warehouse premises. To review the document storage and archival and retention period so as to ensure timely destruction of expired boxes stored off site at vendors\xe2\x80\x99 premises
Supervise outsourced drivers including managing the bank cars including checking of the daily travel log and the petrol usage and provide a monthly usage of petrol report.
Conduct physical annual assets inventory check including official residence (except for computer related items).
Monthly checking of office premises and walk thru office premises to ensure all equipment, bank premises are upkeep in a proper manner including official residence.
Validate, process and submit invoices promptly to avoid any late payment issues. To contact vendor(s) to expedite submission of invoices, if necessary
Assist ad hoc projects or any other matters as instructed by Team Head/ HOD from time to time
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of facilities management experience
Experience in using Excel
Diploma in any Engineering
Good M & E related skills, specialised in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent
Knowledge in building maintenance, mechanical and electrical operations.
Possess good interpersonal and problem solving
