• Responsible for creating and maintaining the price lists and promotion list in Oracle. This includes creating and maintaining discount/surcharge modifier and any pricing related tasks.
• Research and establish competitor pricing from the market and determine benchmarking standard against our product.
• Perform monthly pricing review and adjustment. Perform cost impact to determine corrective pricing action to prevent erosion of planned margin.
• Perform margin analysis and material costs and inflation trending to determine corrective pricing steps to support growth and improve margin.
• Perform sales performance to identify issues and challenges to support sales department to identified pricing action to defend sales, displace competition and improve profitability.
• Analyze special pricing request from sales team by understanding the market, competition, and market pricing in adherence to Donaldson pricing policy.
• Provide sales with tools for customer pricing negotiation with data and visual presentation.
• Work closely with BU leaders/Sales/CS/Operation/Finance on pricing strategies and philosophy.
• To assist in any other pricing/business related ad hoc project.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance/ Data Analytics/Business Administration of related discipline.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Ability to effectively present ideas & communicate with team members within & outside region organization, ability to write routine reports and correspondence and ability to speak confidently & effectively before groups of customers or other Donaldson colleagues.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL/ Python and any other data mining tools will be an advantage.
• Meticulous in numbers and details.
• A team player and able to work independently.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience.
• Preferably with exposure to manufacturing.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• Effective written and verbal skills in English Language are mandatory.
