IT Associate (Webmaster + Microsoft Ecosystem Overseer)Analytics drives insights, results and solve real business challenges. We ingest, analyse and combine data with context across all industries and asset classes to enable property investment decisions for our clients. The Analytics Manager will join the PLB Tech Division and be part of a dynamic and fast paced environment that is responsible for delivering the best market performance for PLB clients with focus on the data analysis and developing insights of operational data and collaboration with internal and external users to drive operational enhancement initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the analytics team and design a roadmap that is in line with PLB's objective. He/she will be working closely with end users to develop business cases and requirements in order to meet demands that will ensure initiatives are in order.Responsibilities:

• Engage business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Define the objectives of governance and ensure clearly articulated outcomes/processes
• Work with internal departments to add insights into operational reports and data and direct the development and implementation of all reporting needs to ensure achievement of departmental goals and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and areas which analytics can be presented.
• Provide technical and non-technical guidance for key business data definitions rules, lineage, data lifecycle, data management, data capture/tagging, and reporting, not limited to directional data strategies.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the data and analytics industry.
• Excellent knowledge of data governance industry practices and trends
• Strong understanding and interest in the financial and property market
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau.
• Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions.
• Independent and self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen & tenacity
• Confident, highly-motivated and has the ability to communicate and relate with people of diverse background
