Regional travelling across the APAC markets about 50% of the time
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries such as metals, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and data centers, driving market growth in the APAC region.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies, managing the entire sales cycle to meet revenue targets; Participate in offline/online marketing campaigns (eg. tradeshows, seminars etc) to expand network
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including EPC contractors and end users, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) to deliver tailored cooling solutions and ensure successful project execution.
The Successful Applicant
About 6 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Industrial, Power, and Process sector
Strong understanding of cooling technologies and technical products (eg. dry cooling or dry coil designs) to translate customer needs into tailored solutions - mainly targeting Industrial markets across the APAC region
