They have built a strong legacy in Asia Pacific over the years and is looking to strengthen their presence better than before by hiring a new APAC Benefits Partner. Over the years, they have consciously decided to reorganize the business to put technology at the heart of their operations - adopting strong CRM, ERP practices while making the customer experience seamless.

Description

You will be reporting to the Global Compensation & Benefits Leader. The successful applicant will be:

• Partnering with HR Business Partners and respective business leaders in providing advises on benefits strategy for the Asia Pacific region
• You will be involved in designing, implementing, administering all benefits program across APAC, with the help of HR Business Partners
• Able to sell solutions to the business leaders and ensure that the company practices competitive policies to attract the right pool of talents
• Provide recommendations to business key stakeholders in tackling difficult cases in the area of compensation, incentive plans, benefits for employees motivation in order to achieve their business goals.

Profile

You will need to have:

• 8 years of experience doing compensation & benefits at a regional scale
• Candidates who have people management experience are preferred
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills
