Supporting HRVP in their implementation of various initiatives across the scope. Acts as a regional HR project manager.
Facilitate the Regional/ HQ HR Leadership agendas and bring topics in the area of digital and data management
Connection & Learning
Animate a community of HR practices linked to digital HR initiatives (new tools) supporting HRIS roadmap
Training the in scope HR population on PMO and regular information/ update on Digital world related to HR
Manage a Digital HR community upskilling via Teams Group/ HR Learning Academy section skills of the future/ ad-hoc workshops
Participate to Region/ CoE transverse topics
Allocated to global project all together as a team
Participate to the HRLT (extended) on specific agenda Items
Experience
3-5 years of seniority in HR /Consulting in the IT world/ HR technological solutions
PMO skills (proven track record of experience in PMO area: first project management experience, ability to structure, coordinate in complex environment, etc.)
Digital skills (focus on easiness to work with technology, easiness to work with figures)
Humble, curious (problem solving assessment/ use case), investigative
Agility to navigate in the matrix and Ability to deal with complexity
Highly collaborative and high level of energy
Clear thinker / Analytical thinking / Global mindset
