Role Overview The Asia Pacific PaxLink Support SME is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and operations of our PaxLink product across Asia Pacific. PaxLink is an intuitive passenger service system (PSS), that provides airlines with a range of tools to improve their business management. It comprises modules to help streamline passenger check-in, boarding and flight load planning, a reservations system, inventory management system, departure control system, weight, and balance. As the business grows and expands, there may be additional services added to the regional portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and Support, Asia Pacific this position will be based in Singapore. This role will be actively involved through the implementation and operations phases of the product. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead customer interactions and clearly understand customer pain points
  • Lead / contribute to clarify client requirements, apply Industry trends, develop and position Collins’ offerings, manage client perceptions effectively
  • Validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the product(s) or service(s) with customers and partners
  • Work closely with the Partners to ensure clear understanding of customer requirements and evaluate product value to customers and to Collins
  • Work with our Global Help Desk and Partner to monitor issues reported by customer, perform first level of investigation & identification of solutions. May need to provide outside business hours support.
  • Collaborate with project managers, product managers, operations teams, internal engineering teams, shared services teams, and partners / subcontractors etc.
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure timely, efficient service deliverables
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on PaxLink related operations and incidents to all stakeholders internal and external
  • Deploy best practices and continuous improvement to achieve product and customer service excellence
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification in aviation
  • 7+ years of working experience in Airline Systems
  • Advanced knowledge of at least four areas of RES/ DCS/ Internet Booking/ RM/ IM/ Loyalty/ Marketing/ Distribution Systems/Cargo Systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of industry best practices, business processes and solutions for passenger processing, commerce, reservation, and customer relationship management
  • Experience in transformation projects with the industry’s major players such as Amadeus, Sabre
  • Knowledge of APIs involving integration / query running, Type B messaging functionalities
  • Ability to adhere to industry standards and organizational processes
  • Effective Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with BI tools, data analytics
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet
