Role Overview
The Asia Pacific PaxLink Support SME is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and operations of our PaxLink product across Asia Pacific.
PaxLink is an intuitive passenger service system (PSS), that provides airlines with a range of tools to improve their business management. It comprises modules to help streamline passenger check-in, boarding and flight load planning, a reservations system, inventory management system, departure control system, weight, and balance.
As the business grows and expands, there may be additional services added to the regional portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and Support, Asia Pacific this position will be based in Singapore. This role will be actively involved through the implementation and operations phases of the product.
