Job Description

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree holder
• With at least 3 years experience in Recruitment (APAC recruitment experience is an advantage)
• Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, communication and coordination, organization and planning.

• Experience in online gaming recruitment is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite - Macapagal, Pasay City
• Can start ASAP

:

• Design and implement overall recruiting

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

• Perform job task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to portals and social media platforms

• Source and recruit candidates resumes and job application

• Reference checking

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ method to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes especially in customer service line

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to HR team

• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the selection process

• Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
