DESCRIPTION
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technology marketer to lead the Asia Pacific marketing strategy, engagement and execution with a portfolio of ISV/Software Partners.
This role will work closely with assigned partners to refine global joint marketing strategies, develop regional plans with partners to drive acquisition and engagement across the customer journey by aligning with Partner Development Managers. The offerings to the customers are ISV Software with AWS Services, ISV Software running on AWS through the Partners or AWS Marketplace.
The ideal candidate has a passion for technology, a builder\'s mentality and a successful track record in marketing with technology/alliance partners; driving co-marketing success. They have experience in building and executing integrated campaigns that adds value for customers. Working closely with ISV/Software partners, this role will identify specific customer segments and industry verticals to convey compelling joint value propositions for using AWS. The ability to effectively market across technical and non-technical audiences is key.
Key job responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally, connecting between internal and partner(s), to lead the Asia Pacific and Japan marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Create and execute integrated campaigns that include content assets, paid & organic social media, PR/AR to drive awareness, user engagement and help customers advance from awareness to purchase
- Manage content and lead acquisition/nurture projects with agencies, associations, evangelists, solution architects
- Work with web, digital and operations teams to monitor and optimize asset/campaign performance
- Influence decision-making across a matrixed organization
- Clearly communicate strategy, recommendations, and results to internal and partner leaders
- Monitor trends, issues, and topics that matter to enterprise/mid-market customers around the world
A day in the life
This role works closely with the Partner Development Managers in APJ to create the marketing plan with partners based on the business plan aligned. For Marketing plan and execution, this role collaborates with Global ISV/Marketplace Marketing team, APJ Field Marketing Team and Area Partner Marketing team to maximize Marketing Program across APAC countries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in partner marketing, product marketing, marketing, demand generation in high-technology companies
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience to work with ISV/Software Partners for Demand Generation in APAC countries in last 5 years.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
