Amplitude\'s People and Places team is seeking an ambitious, empathetic person, who will be a champion of creating a positive and productive onsite experience for our Ampliteers! This experienced professional will take the lead in making sure the Singapore office runs smoothly, cultivating employee engagement and focusing on the wellbeing of our employees in their designated Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) locations. You will be part of the Global Workplace team that is based in San Francisco (HQ), with offices in New York, Amsterdam, London, Paris, Vancouver and Singapore.
You will look for ways to improve processes and procedures, in addition to enhancing the overall office environment and workplace experience. You will make a strong impact by successfully managing projects and internal events, while acting as a cultural ambassador that will continue to evolve Amplitude\'s cherished culture. You must be able to work independently as the APJ Workplace Manager of our Singapore office, and report to the Global Head of Workplace based in San Francisco (HQ).
The Workplace Manager must possess great technical and management expertise, is able to handle multiple initiates at the same time, has an upbeat and approachable attitude and impeccable customer service skills.
