Responsibilities:

Build relationship with key technical decision makers and influencers in order to influence technology decisions
Recognised as an authortity in a defined technology area. This can involve customer visits, promoting company\'s technical expertise through presentations at trade exhibitions and conferences, scientific publications and collaboration with manufacturing sites.
Provide high level technical support to customers and/or internally in a defined technology area.
Develop solutions to the customer problems
Provide training to the sales team, agents and customers.
Use a creative and viable approach to support new product launches and existing product ranges, including development of new test methodologies. Design and carry out laboratory experiments.
Enhance knowledge of market areas and relevant scientific techniques and communicate with the business as appropriate.

Requirements

Degree in Science or related field
Minimum 5 years in skin/sun clinical testing of personal care formulations
Hands-on experience for in vitro SPF testing and skin care clinical studies measurements (eg. TEWL, Skin Colour, Hydration Analysis, Sebum analysis, Elasticity etc.)
Personal care formulation skills is desirable but not mandatory
