It will also include integration to company's platform supporting EPayment, National Identity, Authentication and API Gateway components built on the Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) in line with our future 5G adoption. The specialist will get the chance to explore new web technologies understanding the company's business needs and processes to deliver purpose built innovative solutions: and developing scripts to automate the build, software release, and application deployment to get the end product into the hands of the customer Job Details: Propose innovative and cost effective solutions to meet intended business objectives Support Product Owners in the development and rolling out of new features & services Work with supporting vendors to ensure proper day-to-day functioning and operations of the various IT services Perform Troubleshooting of issues and work closely with the rest of Facility Managed team to ensure rectification and proper closure of problems according to stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) Support WOG-wide ICT Security & Governance efforts (E.g. Account Review Process, follow-up for security testing & IT audit, etc.) Coordinate the deployment of Software Enhancements, Upgrades & Patches to ensure applications compatibility Able to work well within team and willing to learn Good grasp of emerging technology trends Start-up focused with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
