Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company that provides office equipment. The role of a IT Application Support Specialist is to understand the business needs and implement solutions for the company.
Reporting to IT Application Support Manager.
\xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91- Prepare Test plan/test script, test Report
- Prepare training materials and
- Provide User training
- Support user acceptance testing
- System go-live supports
Requirement
\xe3\x80\x90 What they are looking for \xe3\x80\x91- University graduate preferably in Computer Science, Information System, or related discipline
- Dynamics 365 experience required
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in end user application support is an advantage
- Ability to deliver according to schedule and quality criteria
- Proactive, fast-learning, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured and assertive
Working Hour
8:30 ~ 17:30Benefit
\xe3\x80\x90 What they are offering \xe3\x80\x91- 1 month completion bonus upon 1st and subsequent year contract.
