Executive Architect (Projects)
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Office: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: $4000 - $5000
- Develop concept design into schematic designs
- Design development that would include detailed drawings and specifications for contractors to follow for construction purposes
- Assist in tendering and bidding processes
- Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances
- Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing
- Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues
- Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects particularly in Commercial Retail/Office and Attractions
- Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability.
