Architectural / Technical Manager (maincon) (west)
Job Description
Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings \xc2\xb7 Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation \xc2\xb7 Supervise structural/ architectural works; coordinate with client\xe2\x80\x99s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and smooth progress of works \xc2\xb7 Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Degree in Architecture \xc2\xb7 6 years in Architectural Planning/ detailing \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of Code of Practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $6,000.00 - $9,900.00 per month Benefits:
