Job Description

  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday\xe2\x80\x93Friday, 8:00 AM\xe2\x80\x935:00 PM)
  • Salary: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Phone Plans + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure revenue and Booking Targets are met for the company\xe2\x80\x99s regional business.
  • Support customer base and sales team through technical and commercial matters.
  • Achieve specification and market growth of the products with customer base in the territory.
  • Generate technical and commercial proposals for the products, including equipment selection, cost estimating and project risks considerations.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the International and Asia Pacific Sales Teams to create growth-oriented sales plans.
  • Provide oversight of sales opportunities by assessing risks, accuracy, and compliance throughout all APAC markets.
  • Effectively convey company risk, compliance, and sales goals to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of opportunities.
  • Effectively support gathering technical and commercial project details while collaborating with the sales and project management team to form a winning strategy for sales opportunities.
  • Support sales team with agent and distributor sales activities, such as developing potential/target client list for each agent\xe2\x80\x99s territory, gathering market / competitive intelligence, and developing tactical sales plans for each major target client.
  • Other ad-hoc duties might be assigned.

  • Experience in technical sales and sales management with customer-focused solutions, preferably in petrochemical refinery or terminal operations.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and comfort level with mechanical concepts in the industrial field.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering, mechanical distribution, or technical field preferred.
  • Ability to communicate technical and commercial guidance to the sales team.
  • Availability to travel regularly for sales activities and agent reviews/training meetings.
