Creative Hearts is a boutique music and performing arts school and we are looking for interns to join our team and learn from us! This internship will give you the chance to be part of a fast-growing music and performing arts school and to contribute to the day-to-day running of the school, as well as planning and organising of events. It will be a mixture of self-learning, shadowing of current staff, as well as on-the-job training allowing you to grow and develop your skills. Job description:

• To attend meetings with school\'s director to understand requirements for upcoming projects
• To assist in the running and management of the school - including enquiries, front desk duties
• To assist in the planning of online and in-person recitals, parties, classes and camps
• To assist the team in marketing and operations
• To assist during holiday camps
• Support with other general administrative and logistics duties

Requirements:

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to interact with young children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to connect and communicate with people from different backgrounds
• Experience with arts programming or events would be an advantage
• Experience organising and facilitating educational or community engagement programming would be an advantage
• Knowledge of music would be an advantage
• Located at Pandan Valley and River Valley
