Job summary
To conduct third party Environment Sanitization Regime assessment in assigned premises or equivalent, ensuring compliance to Environment Sanitization Programme requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Perform assessments / inspections in various areas as assigned by Operations
2. Conduct Opening and Closing Meeting including assessment conclusions with stakeholders at assessed premises
3. Ensure timely submission of audit reports and audit findings via mobile reporting platform
4. Timely submission of Statement of Facts for identified lapses during assessments
5. Provide area of improvements to stakeholders of assessed premises when necessary
6. Any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
1. Possess minimum of Higher Nitec education and above
2. Environmental Control Coordinator (ECC) trained will be preferred
3. Experience in related food and hygiene inspections
4. Resourceful and flexible approach to work and as a team Player.
6. Clear and articulate presentation ability.
