Job Description


a) Key Account Manager 1. Dealing with each AE retail buyers and shop managers. 2. Weekly Sell-in & Sell-out sales management.

b) In-store management / Promoter Training 1. Checking & improving the product display status. (POP, Concept corner, Catalog) 2. Manage inventory of Demo kits and marketing assets. 3. Map out display plans and display SKUs for Brand experience Zone 4. Regular reporting on in-store related matters to various stakeholders 5. Roadshow Support 6. Study competitor’s product & promotion. To come up with strategical marketing idea. 7. Regular product training to Retail staff/manager, promoters

c) B2B sales 1. Meeting with B2B customers for launching new products / Award bulk order.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Diploma graduation
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales
  • Experience in Product management / Sales / Schedule management
  • Self-motivated, organized, proactive and likes to work in cross-cultural team
  • Able to work on weekends to observe and improve customers expectation to improve sales.
