JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)

Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings and 3D-modeling.
Able to undertake assigned projects and to co-ordinate on all design and detailing matters.
Preparation of tender package and execute tender procurement.
Works with Clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
On-site construction supervision on matters of design & technical coordination issues as well as contract administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Master\xe2\x80\x98s Degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture (foreign University) recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
1 to 2 years practical experience in local projects, Fresh graduate can be considered.
Skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshops, Sketch Up, BIM Revit.
Basic required skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
Good interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills.
Committed, resourceful and ability to self-motivate with good time management skills.
