• Assist Building Manager and Fire Safety Manager in leading maintenance activities, managing and ensuring full compliance of the Managing Agent\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities and obligations under the Contract\xc2\xb7Ensure public and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 feedback regarding the technical and maintenance matters are attended to according to the timeframe stipulated by client\xe2\x80\xa2 Plan, organize and implement work programmes and projects as assigned by client & HQ management\xe2\x80\xa2 Handles the daily operation and rectification of faults
• Supervise and ensure contractors comply site regulations and house-rules when carrying out the works and involved in the testing and commissioning of the installed part(s).
• Obtain and recommend quotations and work requests as required\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that due diligence and safety is observed and exercised on the maintenance and upkeep of the building installations and systems at site
• Member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)\xc2\xb7Ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out.\xc2\xb7Support the site team in vendor performance monitoring and management to ensure contractors perform their services as per agreed KPI\xc2\xb7Manage minor repairs and improvement works\xc2\xb7Setting up records and maintenance systems and ensure standardization of the systems and processes on site\xc2\xb7Mobile standby to provide emergency response and support the sites in the event of any critical or urgent breakdown\xc2\xb7Provide additional support to the sites to supervise any major repair and A&A works\xc2\xb7Supports Yearly Electrical Annual Shutdown activities and events in the building\xc2\xb7Carry out regular Building and equipment inspection\xc2\xb7Assist in tenancy, leasing, renovation related matters\xc2\xb7Follow up on tenancy management matters regarding fit-out works, renovation deposit refunds, reinstatement works, arrears management and air-con extension billing\xc2\xb7Review Permit-to-work submission as well as Risk assessment for contractor works\xc2\xb7Verify vendors invoices and ensure submission and documentations in order
