Manage startup finalists for training, Proof-of-Concept development, and stakeholder management
For Assigned Industry Members Customer Care:
Responsible for developing current members to achieve full membership potential based on the terms of the membership agreement
Point of contact based on assigned industry members\' activities with ARTC
Regular reporting on business development activities with assigned Industry members
Review all assigned industry members? activities to ensure total customer satisfaction
Collate and analyze market data, sector development and members? activities in order to keep abreast of evolving market requirements
Responsible for building, managing, and analyzing assigned customers/members? database, in order to identify and develop new revenue stream and project opportunities
Manage Accounts Receivables (AR) from customers/members to be in line with the Credit Management Policy set by Corporate Office
Job Requirements
Bachelor in Business Management or similar
At least 2 years of experience in the Startup Industry preferred
Key Account Management and Strategic Implementation expertise is preferred
