Job Description

Key responsibilities: The ABDM, APACs plays an essential role in delivering the global expansion program of key Reckitt brands in whitespaces via distributor partnership. They are responsible for launching brands in market, develop demand generation toolkits and oversee execution in line with agreed KPIs.

• Own key new product launch of brands into markets. Work with cross functional GEM teams across regulatory, R&D, finance and supply to ensure launch compliance
• Develop launch plans in line with global guidelines and in partnership with Distributors.
• Execute demand generation plans to ensure success for NPD launches.
• Track KPIs for key new launches
• Identify new business opportunities for APACs In partnership with APACs Sales teams, Distributor partners and global Marketing/ Trade marketing teams
• Support marketing discussions and presentations to customers
• Seeding project coordination and communication\xe2\x80\x99s & follow ups with Global function / CHQ side
• Consolidation of Purchases & IMS destination country reporting for all APAC customers
• Support on retrieval of Brand Asset, Artwork & Pack Shots retrieval, provider & filing maintenance for seeding & trading
• Product Masterfile maintenance, consolidation of Product Specsheets for all skues in hygiene, health and nutrition as well as building the trade deck
• Support samples request arrangement for the DBs in country destination
• Forecast consolidation & input into master template
• Support on the process Customer Set-Up, SKU Set-up (Activation Record Submission) and Pricing Set-up are well

Requirements:

• 2-5 years FMCG sales /trade marketing experience in an operational role
• Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication skills
