Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and corporate clients Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales. Ensure the portfolio assigned meet its revenue and attendance targets Work cross functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives / promotional campaigns. Identify, establish, and drive new sales and business development leads Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new leads and business opportunities Collect and analyse information and prepare data and sales reports Meet with potential clients to determine their needs Lead generation and customer engagement Engage in telemarketing to make appointments with potential leads Job Requirement: 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales +Business Development Competency in English Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results Ability to create and deliver presentations Fast learner and quick thinker Passionate about sales Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment Salary S$3,700 - S$4,000 Why Join Us Group Insurance (Hospitalization & Surgical) Annual leaves Medical leaves Hospitalization leaves Dental allowance Bonus.
