:Reporting to Director or any other manager that is nominated, the candidate role is to build new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers assigned.The candidate will have the opportunity to involve in a full-cycle sales process for our services through prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting the value of our solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities together with the team.Flexi-work arrangements with at least 2 days of reporting to office for meetings and ad-hoc allocation by the director.Prerequisite:
At least 4 years of business development/sales-related experience, and prior experience in Marketing Industry is a plus
Executive with relevant Diploma/ Degree with 2 years of working experience will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new business opportunities which involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate market in order to obtain better brand recognition.
Achieve sales goals, ensure business objectives are met, and ensure revenue growth of assigned markets and channels
Establish tie-ups with new assigned market accounts and/or channel partners
Identify potential clients in order to enhance /new business opportunities to promote, upsell, cross-sell, secure place in itineraries, and close sales leads
Increase engagements with various key stakeholders to sustain brand and product awareness in the various markets through periodic sales visits \xe2\x80\x93 both physically and virtually
Conduct market survey and marketing study, feedback on market needs or demand and latest trends in the market.(e.g Gather market intelligence, spot new trends, competition mapping, and influence strategies)
Contribute to the development and/or creation of business rules and processes to ensurel revenue growth of assigned markets and channels
Develop, plan and review the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies and campaigns
Support Corporate Sales enquiries
Assist Team Lead in preparing and/or analyse sales data and any ad-hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
Degree-educated (preferably in digital marketing or related field) with a strong academic track-record.
Minimum 4 years and above of working experience in digital marketing in the sustainability or e-commerce industry with in-depth knowledge of capital markets
Experience in business, product, solutions development, specifically from idealization to roll out
Highly resourceful and adaptable, able to multi-task in a fast paced, agile environment
Self-motivated, curious, independent self-start
Strong analytical, detailed oriented, with strong data analytic capabilities
Experience working in a cross-cultural workplace
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, bilingual in English and Mandarin
