Role Purpose

• Deliver high quality financial information on a timely basis and ensure that they are in line with strategy, and perform competitive intelligence work to benchmark vs competition
• Manage financial controls in budget managements, claims management, reports and accounting policies

Accountabilities

• Responsible for overall direction and control for A&P- related matters
• Managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position through financial analysis, quality review of initiatives and plans
• Providing qualitative information about competitors, food / beverage industries, and macro-economic indicators
• Developing and improving the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, procedures & systems for finance, in particular finance forecasting, distributor claims process and trade funds management
• Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for Kellogg\xe2\x80\x99s growth, and maximizing shareholders\xe2\x80\x99 value
• Provide Managing Director and Senior Management with business advice and counsel for sound decision making in all aspects of business

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A degree holder in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration or a master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance or business administration would be advantageous
• Minimum 5 years of finance working experience in the FMCG industry.
• Communicate effectively in English (oral and written communication)
• Strong finance background with commercial experience/business acumen.
• Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization
• Specialized knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax regulations, internal control and treasury
• Proficient in Excel and SAP
• Possess grounding in Kellogg\xe2\x80\x99s Values and Kellogg Business Leader Model
• Excellent thinking and problem solving, communication, leadership and collaboration. Also should be able to handle multiple priorities in diversed cultures
• Willing to learn attitude
