What the role is:You lead a team of case managers and supervise the management of complex and cross-functional Human Resource (HR) and National Service (NS)-related cases.What you will be working on:You ensure cases are resolved timely and delivered satisfactorily. You also assist to monitor the timely processing, follow-through, resolution and delivery of escalated cases; and the reporting of the performance of the branch to senior management and ground commanders. In addition, you supervise the operation and effectiveness of the e-HR Service Desk to investigate and resolve issues raised by users on records, competency-based or technical matters related to the e-HR system.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification with at least 6 years\' work experience in HR field. Possession of good writing, interpersonal and verbal communication skills is essential.
