Responsible to plan, acquire/implement and manage organisation-wide IT and IT-related systems and information
Assist Chief Operating Officer (COO) in planning and managing all pertinent IT infrastructure and services, IT projects, IT security and end-user-compting devices
Work with Teams as well as external agencies to manage and support the IT and security services required which includes procurement, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Point person to plan, drive and implement existing and new IT support services and initiatives for residential care, day care, respite care or other services as necessary to support mandates and workplans
Coordinate and manage the provision of IT architecture and support services to all internet and external IT systems.
Plan, implement and manage all IT network, systems and data security measures against cyber-attacks.
Develop and implement IT and security policies and best practice guides for the organisation
Regularly identify and advise COO on opportunities to improve and update software and systems, and obtain the appropriate budget for such improvements
Design and conduct training programs and workshops for staff to enhance IT security awareness and compliance
Conduct regular system audits for IT effectiveness, efficiency and security
Provide regular operation system reports to COO as required and alert the Senior Management Team on issues or risks that would impact business continuity for operations
Plan, budget, implement and manage regular system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Plan, budget, manage, track and report on IT budget and expenditure
Lead and manage the IT team members under his/her charge and provide guidance, coaching and counselling to carry out their tasks;
Identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Work with all stakeholders to identify and provide responsive support on IT requirements
Requirements
Degree in IT or its equivalent with at least 6 years working experience in provision and management of IT services, infrastructure and compliance to cybersecurity requirements
Qualification in IT security management eg CISSP
Experience in managing an IT section & IT/IT Security needs of an organization
Ability to attend to details and respond swiftly to work demands
Has good written and verbal communications skills
Has good organizational skill and ability to identify and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
Ability to stay updated on new technologies and IT innovations
Experience working in healthcare environment strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated resilience in dealing with workplace adversity in a start-up environment
Demonstrated accountability, crisis management and an ability to prioritise
