Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes
Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programme\xe2\x80\x99s benefits;
Develop end-to-end work flows and systems related to the programme, including membership sign-up, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting
Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals
Requirements
At least 7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products)
Experience in partnerships and vendor management
Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports
