Job Description

You are responsible for the general management and overall profitability of the BU. You will be responsible for working closely with Marketing team for business development and marketing of the specialist clinics/projects in Singapore and the region, and oversee the daily operations of these clinics/projects. You will proactively work with operations and nursing team to manage patient expectation and the grow the services under your responsibility and to ensure revenue, workload/activity, profitability and quality objectives and targets are met. Responsibilities:

• Identify market trends and ideas so as to tap on potential growing market segments.

• Analyse monthly profit and loss and take action to make improvements.

• Develop marketing and business plans together with Marcom team as well as prepare budgets for the business unit.

• Continuously monitor and analyze market position to leverage on the Thomson brand.

• Ensure smooth operations of the clinics and putting in place an effective and efficient system to manage our patients and staffing.

• Perform periodic cost analysis and benchmark studies with the clinic doctors.

• Work in partnership with Corporate Development to grow and enhance the specialist clinics\xe2\x80\x99 brand identity.

• Any other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare and clinic services.
