Assistant Director (partnership & Engagement)
Job Description
What the role is:You will lead in developing strategic plan in marketing, outreach and development of partners and sponsors, build meaningful relationships with partners and sponsors, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance and promote collaborative efforts to benefit the community and to present a high quality and refreshing programmes including Chingay and PAssionArts events. - Good written and oral communication skills (bilingual)
- Highly motivated
- Resourceful and and highly motivated to seek out partners and sponsors
- Meticulous and able to work independently
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good events planning and coordination skills
- Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines
