Job Description

This role will assist the CEO\'s office to manage the strategic planning process and transformation efforts, and development of the organization\'s short and long-range goals. It will coordinate and drive strategy implementation and transformation efforts within the enterprise, and alignment to the larger Labour Movement ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

1. Working alongside business entities in formulating corporate-wide strategies.

2. Aligning strategies to benefit the larger enterprise ecosystem.

3. Driving and coordinating strategy implementation and transformation efforts organization wide.

4. Monitoring the progress of the strategic plans and management reporting.

Championing the communication of directives at corporate planning events and staff townhall sessions.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Degree holder with relevant experience, especially critical thinking skills.

\xc2\xb7 At least 5 years of experience working in strategic planning, transformation-related work.

\xc2\xb7 Possess strong planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and implementation.

\xc2\xb7 Be able to translate ideas into strategies and action plans.

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful, possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to network and work across boundaries to foster greater collaboration.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent written/oral communications skills and presentation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Positive, independent worker and team-player. -
