Job Description
Requirement
- Strong knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) solution.
- Experience with different types of enrollments for iOS/ Android / Windows devices.
- Deep understanding of AirWatch MDM data flow, and architecture.
- Deep understanding of Secure Email Gateway, Email Notification Service functionality.
- Strong experience with Per App VPN for Android, IOS, Windows
- Responsible for tracking of device inventory, security patches and OS upgrade in the BYOD/MDM environment
- Diagnosis issues related to device enrollment, application access and resolution.
- Enforce device policies and procedures.
- Create/Publish application catalog and help deployment of those applications.
- Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
- Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for MAC device issues and new products.
- Intermediate knowledge on Android migration from legacy to Android Enterprise
- Closely work with support team from vendor for any SR related issues
