• Must be innovative and creative, and familiar with video production equipment and software
• Must understand key concepts in photography
• Must have a good understanding of how digital media management (websites) works, knowledge in coding is not essential
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary between $2,200 to capped at $2,536

The job holder reports to Assistant Director (Corporate Communications & Branding) with the following functions: * SUPPORT THE WORKING GROUP SECRETARIAT IN CONSULTING, DESIGNING & BUILDING NEW ISOMER WEBSITE

The Assistant will support key appointments of the Working Group to revamp SPS' Corporate Website, which seeks and coordinates inputs from various key stakeholders on the usability of the website and thereafter design and propose a suitable theme to be adopted consistently via Isomer. This would include helping to upload content, and reviewing the layout of the website, testing navigation on the platforms, as well as checking the quality of uploaded content to be displayed on the new website. * SUPPORTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SPS STOCK PHOTOS/VIDEOS

The Assistant will work with DMU to operationalise DMU stock archives. This will include reviewing existing media materials that DMU has, and identifying the key media items that are suitable for repeated use. This will help ease the workload of DMU, who has to often help identify and source for photos upon requests by project committees. The Assistant/Executive will also be required to support the archiving and establishment of this stock library. * OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

The Assistant will be required to support existing DMU media projects, which can include producing videos and photoshoots within the employment period.
